Dyscalculia? - what do you know about dyscalculia

I am 23 years old and was recently diagnosed with dyscalculia. It has really affected my life. I had have always been bad at math and have trouble remembering phone numbers, address, type the numbers correctly remember math facts, etc. I have tried to investigate, but there's not much information. Disorder is new? Does anyone know of it or something? Can I fix it or make it better? Is it rare? I would appreciate any information. I think I'm the only one!
