What are some easy, healthy, high protein meals? - high protein bread

In the attempt to gain a few pounds and make muscle. Basically, I am looking for some simple recipes you can cook all day. I drink a protein shake already, and egg sandwiches on wheat bread, so I'm looking for quick and easy meal like that. My problem is that they do not satisfy me, I will not eat the same thing twice in one day .. What are some of your fav recipes that are healthy?

Chug You do not need protein and drink mass quantities of eggs and meat to eat to gain muscle mass. While you get the recommended amount of protein (.36 g / kg body weight) and a lift, and so, increase your muscle mass that you gained height. Eating extra protein will not help.
